With over 5 years of experience in project management, Nora is joining the EST team with an international background. She was previously employed in a full-service project management and event agency in Hamburg, Germany. During her time there, Nora led a variety of projects across diverse industries, including health and medical, technology, corporate business, and others, where she worked on process improvement and implementation solutions. Nora particularly enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams and cultivating client engagement and satisfaction through transparent and clear communication.

Nora's educational background complements her professional expertise, as she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and Management from San Francisco State University.
