Biography
Michael has over 30 years of experience focused on Business Operations, Organizational Development, and Change Management. Before joining UCSF, Michael worked in high-tech at Meta and Workday focused on process excellence and change management. Earlier in his career, Michael worked in Financial Services including joining a Fin-Tech startup covering several roles: business operations, process excellence, training, and leading the culture committee.
Michael has led successful change management engagements focused on introducing new insurance systems, reengineering multiple Salesforce CRM systems, and redesigning business operations workflows. Michael is focused on building change management capability and capacity with his project and operational teams as means to best engage people with ever present organizational change.
Michael holds a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation and is a Prosci certified Change Practitioner. As a San Francisco Native, Michael holds a MS in Organizational Behavior and Development from Golden Gate University and a BA in Anthropology from UC Berkeley.
