Biography

Jenn Chan partners with leaders across UCSF to shape enterprise strategy through organizational development, leadership capability building, and continuous improvement. With 20 years of UCSF experience driving strategic initiatives across the organization, she brings deep expertise in change leadership, Lean thinking, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration. 

Before joining Enterprise Strategy & Transformation (EST), Jenn provided thought-partnership in leadership-focused strategy, cultural transformation, and organizational development initiatives within UCSF Real Estate. She also led a team of consultant-coaches in the former Program Management Office (PMO), delivering enterprise-wide improvement initiatives, including the design and implementation of an A3 Thinking curriculum for managers and professionals. 

Jenn is known for helping leaders and teams navigate complex challenges, develop performance capabilities, and establish sustainable systems for learning and improvement. She is committed to enabling UCSF to adapt, innovate, and achieve lasting impact through people-centered transformation.
