Change Management Tools coming soon.
The Enterprise Strategy & Transformation team is currently building out a Change Management Office (CMO). The CMO will establish a playbook detailing change management tools and recommended approach spanning small projects to full UCSF-wide enterprise projects.
With this set of tools and processes in place, the CMO team will work to establish a community of practice to share and further develop capacity for change management practices across UCSF.
We expect to roll out more information on the Change Management Community of Practice before year-end 2025.
