Biography
Doug has more than 25 years of experience in Change Management, focusing on the development and execution of people-centric strategies to support a diverse array of initiatives. Prior to joining UCSF, Doug worked at Stanford, where his scope included managing change driven by the organization’s ongoing Workday transformation and updates to its timekeeping policy.
In addition to his work in health care, Doug has successfully led change management engagements in the consumer packaged goods, financial services, insurance, nonprofit, retail, and transportation sectors. He thrives on partnering with business and technical teams to find practical, tangible, and inclusive ways of managing change.
Doug grew up in the Bay Area, and he is a PROSCI-certified Change Practitioner.
