Biography
Nicole brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology, strategy, and operations within life sciences. Prior to joining UCSF, she served as a Management Consultant at Accenture, where she managed enterprise-scale system implementations, digital transformation efforts, and organizational change initiatives for global R&D and pharmaceutical organizations. Her work is distinguished by deep expertise in information management systems and the application of AI-enabled solutions to streamline workflows, enhance data integrity, and drive operational efficiency.
Her foundation in life sciences spans the full spectrum from research to patient care. Nicole began her career supporting oncology research at the University of Florida, later contributing to bedside care in hospital settings before managing high-throughput diagnostic laboratory operations. This diverse, hands-on experience shapes her pragmatic approach to transformation; ensuring solutions are both strategically sound and grounded in the realities of front-line work.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from the University of Florida.
