Peggy is an EST Change Management Consultant, excelling in creative thinking, compassionate reasoning, and sharp wit in communications. Peggy first joined EST as the Admin Operations Training Coordinator for the Lean Management System-related training activities. Peggy's breadth of interests and education make her a dynamic teammate, with previous experience in design, photography, customer service, and event planning.
Peggy is a Prosci-certified Change Practitioner and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
